LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY INFORMATION

Minimal Golf is committed to satisfying golfers with golf products of superior performance and quality, but there is a chance a warranty claim may arise.

In the first instance, if you have a concern over a Minimal Golf product we would ask that you talk to our customer service team, so please contact us at support@minimalgolf.co and they will support with appropriate next steps.

Minimal Golf warrants, to the original consumer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 12-months from the original date of purchase (This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear) from an authorised retailer provided;

(i) the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorised retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product.

(ii) the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer, or a third party. 

Should it be agreed that the product be returned, Minimal Golf reserve the right to inspect all warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty applications. All products returned for warranty claims become the property of Minimal Golf.

If a defect in a genuine Minimal Golf product appears during the warranty period and you comply with the requirements above, Minimal Golf, in its sole discretion, will;

(i) repair the defect

(ii) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product

(iii) refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use in any instance where the product is no longer available and repair is not possible.

Minimal Golf will not be liable for any consequential or other damages arising from the use of this product or any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond the company’s control. This limited warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Please retain proof of shipment when returning items to us.
